Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it;
- Be returned in its original packaging;
- Include proof of purchase or receipt.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, dairy products, flowers, newspapers, or magazines;
- Intimate or sanitary products;
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases;
- Gift cards;
- Downloadable software products;
- Selected health and personal care items.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, including for:
- Books showing obvious signs of use;
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records;
- Items returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition for reasons not caused by us;
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the return. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few working days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again;
- Contact your credit card provider, as refunds can take time to appear;
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
