• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example due to stock availability or a pricing error
• If we cancel a confirmed order, you'll receive a full refund

Payment is required in full at checkout. We accept major debit and credit cards along with other payment methods shown at checkout, all processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays can happen due to factors outside our control, such as courier disruptions or high demand.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return
• Faulty or incorrect items can be returned free of charge
• Some items may be excluded from returns where noted on the product page
